See the talent of tomorrow at Manly's biggest live music venue

[Sponsored] Hidden away upstairs above Hotel Steyne is Moonshine, Manly's favourite place for free live music. Chill on the balcony overlooking the beachfront, grab some rum (of which they've got more than 50 varieties) or a cider, and then head to the bandroom.

Every week there is a mix of fresh rising stars, one-off internationals and local legends taking to the Moonshine stage. On Thursdays it's all about local grunge, surf rock, alt and garage bands and on Friday things kick up a notch with funk, soul, jazz and rock'n'roll outfits hitting the stage. Saturday night means it's time to party, with DJs spinning disco and funk tunes, while Sunday is all about winding back down with reggae all night.

The likes of Winston Surfshirt, Sons of the East, Ruby Fields and Bleeding Knees Club have all taken to Moonshine's stage before they were playing some of the country's biggest music festivals, so head on to see some serious up-and-coming talent.

You'll also find a great menu of snacks to fuel your dancing, including hot chicken wings with blue cheese, veggo nachos, hotdogs (or Moondogs) and pizza.

Check out the Moonshine's full line-up, head to the Northern Beaches and make a night out of it.
