This all-ages mini music festival is jam-packed with Aussie talent

Aussie pop-rock duo Lime Cordiale has announced the return of their music-meets-comedy all-ages event, the Squeeze, for a second year. Comedian Demi Lardner will be the master of ceremonies, and the evening will feature acts by Tyne James Organ, the Lulu Raes, Heaps Good Friends and Asha Jefferies.

Lime Cordiale have established a name for themselves both locally and internationally by performing at Austin’s interactive music festival South by SouthWest, as well as Lost Paradise, Groovin the Moo and Bluesfest, while racking up over 30 million streams between Spotify and Apple Music. As the headline acts for the Squeeze, these Northern Beaches brothers will have the audience captivated with hits from their debut album Permanent Vacation and 2019 track ‘Money’.

Up-and-coming indie artist Tyne James Organ is also set to take the stage at the Squeeze. The young Wollongong-born artist has an emotional severity, penning lyrics to loss. You can expect to be moved by his soulful sounds when listening to ‘Watch You Go’ and ‘In My Arms’. Proven to be a live powerhouse, his previous shows are known to sell out in minutes.

The Lulu Raes will also be performing with floor-shaking energy. The pop-rock band is making their way through the indie music ranks, with their song ‘Burnout’ scoring Triple J’s most played song in 2016.

Following them will be Heaps Good Friends. The South Australian dance-pop trio established themselves after now bandmates, Nick and Emma, met in gaol. They’ve been producing hits ever since. They’ll make you wanna get up and groove to their drum and bass-heavy tracks. Queensland native indie musician Asha Jefferies will also share her sound at the festival, ready to make you dance along to her hits like 'Everybody Talks' and 'Chaos'.
