The ACO’s pioneering director and violinist Richard Tognetti is known for breathing fresh life into Australia’s classical scene. In this concert he performs some major classics by Brahms and Tchaikovsky alongside a world premiere by New York composer Missy Mazzoli and the Australian premiere of Anna Clyne’s Grammy-nominated double violin concerto, Prince of Clouds.
The orchestra will have four performances at the City Recital Hall and one at the Sydney Opera House's Concert Hall.
