Time Out says

The original band is getting back together for this over-18s fundraiser

The primordial quadruple-threat of wholesomeness in primary coloured skivvies is reuniting at a time when Australia needs it most. Anthony, Murray, Greg and Jeff are jumping in the big red car and toot-toot chugga-chugging to Castle Hill RSL on Saturday January 18 for a bushfire benefit concert, with all proceeds supporting the bushfire relief efforts of the Australian Red Cross and WIRES. In good news for all the grown-up groupies of the purveyors of such hits as ‘Hot Potato’ and ‘Get Ready to Wiggle’, this is a strictly over-18s event – meaning you can have a bevvie and not worry about accidentally crushing any pint-sized children as you rip it up to ‘Joannie Works With Five Hammers’. The wiggly group will not be taking all the praise for themselves, they’ve invited down fire fighters from Newcastle who will be taking the applause on behalf of all firies. Don’t pull a Jeff and sleep on this one, tickets are $35 and go on sale at 10am on Tuesday January 7.
