Music touring and events company Picnic are known for throwing mega nightlife events and on December 1 they’re hosting a massive music festival at Marrickville’s Factory Theatre. You’ll be getting lit from 2.30pm, with a huge line-up of Aussie DJs and producers as well as international electronic music artists, all with big, dreamy house and techno sounds.
The Australian contingent taking over the decks features some fab female artists like ultimate old-school party vibes groover CC:Disco, similarly pro-disco DJ Adi Toohey and smooth Sydney spinner Kali, as well as DJ Earl Grey and Ben Fester. From across the seas, we’ll also be hearing from Mama Snake from Copenhagen, the UK’s Saoirse, Young Marco from the Netherlands, France’s rising talent Simo Cell and many more.
This’ll be the second outing for Maximum Joy, which debuted at the the Kings Cross Hotel last year and will be taking over every corner of the Factory Theatre to kick off summer.
