An Alice in Wonderland-themed degustation at 360 Bar and Dining is set to make your Vivid Sydney experience curiouser and curiouser
Jump down the rabbit hole and ascend to Level 3 of Sydney Tower on Saturday June 3 to take your taste buds on a journey to a fabulous land where nothing and everything make perfect sense.
Head chef Elton Inglis's six-course, $195 degustation, paired with wines and a cocktail, is designed to marry gastronomy with theatrical technology and awaken the senses.
Held at STUDIO, Sydney Tower, with 220-degree panoramic views of the city, the dinner is interactive, with each course featuring a Lewis Carroll-inspired twist. Here's the full menu:
