Time Out says

Get ready to pop some bottles

Sundays are meant for brunch and Ananas is introducing a new three-course brunch menu. This isn't just bacon and bubbles – this is a fully French affair, with bottomless Champagne, rosé and substantial brunch dishes.

Start off with an entrée choosing from French onion soup; chicken liver parfait with toasted brioche; Sydney rock oysters; steak tartare with hand-chopped fillet minion and capers; or a roast beetroot and rhubarb salad.

For mains you can choose from eggs Benedict (with smoked ham and hollandaise) or Basquaise (with prosciutto and creamy polenta); French toast with poached pineapple and Chantilly cream; Croque Madame with ham, cheese and a fried egg; sirloin steak with Café De Paris butter and pommes frites; or a classic French omelette with Gruyère. If you've got room, cap the morning off with crème brûlée or profiteroles.

Add in views overlooking Sydney Harbour and you've got the damn fine way to spend a Sunday. You can enjoy two hours of bottomless Champagne and French rosé for $99 and the three-course brunch will cost $69.
