Enjoy lesser known French delights like coquilles St Jacques (that's scallops with vermouth), ouefs en meurette (eggs in red wine with bacon and truffles) and cuisse de canard gras confit (a duck leg, orange and caramelised onion tart), alongside favourites like beef Bourguignon and crème brûlée.
