Bay Vista Dessert Bar and Cafe

The people of Parra with a sweet tooth will be pleased to know they now have their very own dedicated dessert bar. South Sydney's Bay Vista is set to open its second spot, this time in the centre of Parramatta's own eat street, Church Street. Specialising in all things dessert related, Bay Vista will be dishing out pancakes, waffles, sweet crepes, cheesecakes and giant bowls ice cream to Western Sydneysiders. The original Brighton Le Sands location has been dishing out decadent desserts for more than 25 years and has become well known for its late night trading hours, which means there's always time for dessert. Alongside sweet treats Bay Vista also dishes up grilled cheesed toasties and savoury crepes. The Parra iteration of Bay Vista will draw of course on its dessert origins, but will be three times bigger than its original home.
