Ben and Jerry's Free Cone Day

Every April since 1979, ice cream brand Ben and Jerry’s chooses a day to give out its creations for free. Yes, you read that correctly: free. This year it’s Tue Apr 14. And on the day, all you have to do is show up at one of their local outlets – in Sydney you'll find them in Manly, Chatswood, Bondi or Broadway – between the hours of 1pm and 9pm, order an ice cream (Cone or cup? It’s up to you), and pay not a cent. Finished your ice cream? Get back in line and order another – them’s the rules. We know; we’re sort of beside ourselves, too.
