A taste of Tokyo has arrived on Canterbury Rd in the form of Bon Japanese. Owned by Miki and Takumi Marui (who's done stints at Sushi-E and also owned Katsu Yachiyo in Surry Hills previously) the neighbourhood restaurant dishes out ramen and fresh sushi, all of which are made from Marui's own recipes. It's a totally family-run operation here with the husband and wife duo manning both the kitchen and the floor, so make sure you book ahead.
