Situated on the first level of the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, Café Mix offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets that cover off a variety of international cuisines – think Indian, Japanese and Chinese – along with classic Australian dishes. A more recent addition is the a la carte menu designed by executive chef Steven Krasicki, which features snack and share plates, roasts, wok and noodles dishes and a variety of robata and charcoal barbecue skewers. There's also a heavy emphasis on desserts here – you won't want to visit without having a look at their famous chocolate fountain.
