Time Out says

Be transported to the cobbled streets of Naples

Perched on the waterfront at King Street Wharf, Casa Ristorante Italiano adds a contemporary edge to classic Italian dishes. Similarly, the décor is half old-school Italian village, half sleek city space.

You can spend a night here with friends at the Napolese-style alfresco communal tables, or warm yourself in a more intimate booth by the woodfired pizza oven. If you’re just in for a drink, there’s a casual island bar where you can taste cocktails like the Tipsy Sailor: a blend of spiced rum, triple sec, lime, bitters and ginger beer. They keep the menu seasonal to utilise the best fresh produce, but you can always count on there being a few favourites on offer like the fettuccine gamberi, with juicy king prawns tossed through garlic, cherry tomato, chilli and parsley.

They’re open from 11.30 midweek, and for breakfast throught to dinner on the weekends. Diverse daily lunch specials and happy hour from 3-5.30pm attract return visits.
