Two of The Star’s finest restaurants are offering a decadant pairing of Champagne and caviar this month
This March, you can taste some of the world’s best Champagnes and caviars at The Star’s signature restaurants Sokyo and BLACK by ezard.
At Sokyo, their Champagne and caviar menu includes an indulgant pairing of Yasa caviar and Sterling caviar with Dom Pérignon and Krug. Diners can choose from salmon caviar served with Perrier Jouët for $50, scampi and Sterling caviar served with Krug for $88, or the ultimate treat of oysters and Yasa caviar with flutes of Dom Pérignon for $78.
At BLACK by ezard, the options are just as premium with Dom Pérignon, Mumm and Moët & Chandon by the glass. Diners can enjoy two Pacific oysters with cucumber, Yasa caviar and a glass of Riunart Blac de Blancs for $40, or the same light meal with Dom Perignon for $78. Or, scallop sashimi with yasa caviar and honey yuzu lime dressing with a glass of Mumm for $50.
