At Circular Quay French bistro Café Ananas, you can take it as read that the Champagne is from the Champagne region of France (otherwise it wouldn’t be called Champagne, now would it?)
So if you’re heading along to this Sunday’s Champagne Brunch then you can expect a glass of Marc de Champagne along with a selection of seafood, charcuterie, pastries and other morsels ($65).
If you’re in a more celebratory mood then you can upgrade to two hours of unlimited Moët & Chandon for $110.
Sounds like a fine idea to us. Bring it on.
