Restauranteur Luke Mangan is trying his hand out the fast food game with the debut of his first Chicken Confidential. The Chifley Plaza takeaway joint will be doing fried chicken burgers using organic free range chicken, like the Gangnam Style Korean crispy chicken burger, which comes with pickled vegetables, herbs and kimchi mayo. They're also doing beef burgers and salads as well as fries two ways (crinkle cut and sweet potato).
