Christmas in July at Parliament House

Sydney's own Parliament House will be throwing open its doors this winter to host a special Christmas in July pop-up. You'll get the chance to peak inside the regal quarters of Parliament House and enjoy a lavish yuletide-inspired lunch within the heritage listed building. 

Choose from a ballontine of turkey and duck with pumpkin, potato bake, caramelised pepitas and cranberry; slow cooked Berkshire pork cheek with cabbage, capsicum and lentils; goat cheese and Gruyere soufflé or roasted Wagyu beef with red onion escabeche, silver beet and black barley. 

The lunch is available every weekday throughout July and bookings are essential.
