Collective Roasting Solution's Brew Bar

The team behind Collective Roasting Solutions, who run a gypsy coffee roasting warehouse, have opened up a one-stop-all-things-coffee-shop on Enmore Road called the Collective Roasting Solutions Brew Bar, or CRS for short. This is where you go if you're very serious about your coffee.

The brew bar is home to beans from Australia’s best roasters including our very own café of the year, Edition Roasters. They are joined by the likes of Skittle Lane, Circa Espresso, Artificer, Norm Core, Harry’s Bondi and many more. At last count there are 14 different roasters on the books.

The whole set up has that extremely minimalist Japanese/Nordic look, with bare walls, blonde wood and lots of open space. It's an austere temple to caffeine, which is why if you stumble in here with a monster hangover in search of bacon to go with your ristretto, you're in the wrong place. These guys are seriously coffee obsessed so on the eats front there are only a few pastry treats that they bring in. Plus, they are pretty strict when it comes to the black gold, so if you're partial to the light dusting of chocolate that comes with your cappucino, we've got bad news – they don't indulger here. At CRS Brew Bar it's all about the beans, milk and crema.
