Long-time chef Bechora Deeb opens up his kitchen ever Saturday. The lebanese-infused food is popular with locals, especially his signature dish: a whole lamb marinated in cinnamon and garlic and stuffed with rice, nuts and spices. It's cooked to fragrant perfection and served with a red wine reduction full of flavour by Bechora's wonderfully eccentric wife Sybil. It's terrific value not least due to being a BYO with no corkage.
