Get a table, or don't. The Gaslight will let you bring the pizzas in if you want to keep boozin'
This old-school, lo-fi, high-impact pizzeria has been supplying the Crown Street crowds with straight-up sensational pies for more than a decade. The pizza menu is a balanced list of pies piled high with complimentary toppings – behold the chorizo with mushroom, olives, onion, grape tomatoes, basil bocconcini and Rodrigues Brothers chorizo – or just go for a no-frills pizza topped with just the basics, like the American with pepperoni and mushrooms.
Dimitri’s wood-fired pizzas are best enjoyed during happy hour (5-7pm daily) for the low price of $10 per pie alongside one of the many craft beers and wines on hand from $5. So, go half-n-half with a mate, or hoard the whole thing for yourself. Their extensive craft beer list includes the Grifter Brewing Co, Mikkeller, Riverside Brewing Co, Evil Twin, Hop Dog, Beer Here, Red Duck, Edge Brewing and Kaiju.
