[Sponsored] This New Year's Eve Taronga Zoo's Harbourview Ballroom will transform into an electric forest. For your main you can choose from Dijon crusted Tasmanian salmon with crisp potatoes, peas and a wild finger lime dressing or roasted Riverina lamb rump, with smoky bacon, cannellini beans, snow peas and cherry tomatoes.
