Whether you want to kick back with a long lunch at Balla or go all out at Harvest Buffet, The Star has magical seafood-focused menus this spring. Drop in before November 12 to experience these.

  • Darling Harbour

Every weekday Balla will be dishing out a seafood lunch that focuses on fresh, seasonal produce. Start with an entrée of spanner crab bruschetta with cherry tomato and basil or wood-grilled calamari with chickpeas, parsley and garlic oil. Mains include tagliatelle with a swordfish ragù or a Sicilian-style market catch wood-grilled fish. Finish off with vanilla pannacotta with blood orange syrup or a ricotta tart with chocolate fondue. Enjoy one course for $30, two courses for $40 or three for $50.

Harvest Buffet

The Star's luxe buffet will be extending it's popular weekend seafood offerings to Thursday evenings for The Star Spectacular. Enjoy fresh prawns, oysters, crabs, fish, sushi and much more. Then cap your evening off by stopping off at the dessert station, which includes three massive chocolate fountains. The all-you-can-eat buffet is 20 per cent off on Thursdays, at just $55 for adults and $22 for children.
