This newbie on the former Besser site comes from folks behind A Tavola in both Darlinghurst and Bondi and Flour Eggs Water at the Tramsheds will be delivering a daily-changing pasta menu and wine on tap.
Pasta-wise it's all made in house – strings of tagliatelle, neat little ravioli pillows and jet black squid ink spaghetti – and on the wine front they are pouring a lot of Italian and NSW organic, preservative-free drops.
