Barangaroo's Zushi will be celebrating the end of truffle season with an extensive six-course lunch. Showcasing the earthy funghi, contrasted with the punchy spice power of wasabi, the lunch will be a decadent way to try both the bold flavours. The lunch is a part of the Eats on the Streets dining series, which will see 10 per cent of the profits donated to OzHarvest.
Dishes include South Australian bluefin tuna sashimi topped with fresh Tasmanian wasabi and Shiro Kin wagyu steak with a truffle and wasabi mash. The set menu will cost $99 per person, with seatings at midday and 1pm.
