We are far from having enough Messina outlets to sate Sydney's need for a scoop of bounty with some pandan and coconut on top. But luckily for the people of South Sydney, a brand new ice cream shop has opened in flourishing Rosebery, making salted caramel and white chocolate a whole lot easier to get your hands on. Praise be for Messina HQ.
