Dress to the nines for the in-house fashions on the field and get ready to watch all the racing action unfold.
You'll sit down to a lunch of freshly shucked oysters, pepper steak au poivre, barbecued tuna, crisp duck and crumbed goats cheese zucchini flowers. Dessert will be a sweet affair with pink berry pavlovas and French market doughnuts. After the race the celebrations will continue upstairs at the suave Gilt Lounge.
The lunch with all the trimmings will cost $145 per person and bookings are essential.
