Italian food gets a slick modern upgrade
This modern Italian smoke and grill started as a collaboration between an ex-IT professional and a graphic designer. There’s no stodgy carbonaras here – start with Grolla’s signature smoked duck breast carpaccio before tearing into their beef short ribs, smoked for seven hours and served with roasted vegetables, pickles, mustard and Grolla's sauce verde. Families and groups are made welcome with a short and simple pizza menu, or book in for Grolla’s wine and cheese nights every Wednesday and Thursday. For $25 you can get three Italian cheeses plus accompaniments as well as a glass of Italian prosecco and red or white wine.
