The jewel of Sydney's southeast, Westfield Eastgardens, has just unveiled the final stages of its mammoth $45 million redevelopment and the verdict is in: it's delicious.
The much-loved shopping centre's new restaurant precinct features six great new restaurants – Bondi Pizza, Ribs and Burgers, Lang Suan Thai, Sedap Malaysian, Kingston and Co and San Churro – all located in an indoor-outdoor area with double-sided paved paths.
Whoever told you you can’t have a nice meal and a spot of shopping too has not been to Kingston and Co. in the new Westfield Eastgardens dining precinct. They’re turning shopping-centre dining up a notch with gourmet roasted coffees and a full range of breakfast, lunch and dinner selections. Make a day of it – choose from a sweet (Toffee French Toast) or savoury (crispy poached duck egg with jamón and hollandaise) breakfast then come back after shopping for a Riverine Premium Beef Sirloin or a whole grilled market fish served with a cous cous salad, heirloom tomatoes and oregano mayonnaise. There are also salad and dessert options available. Never thought you’d shop all day and be rewarded with a Sunday roast dinner? Think again! At Kingston and Co. all things are possible.
