Move over macarons, your French brethren are making a move to usurp your position as café sweet treat of choice. That's right, La Maison de L'eclair has aimed their delcious choux pastry torpedos at Bondi with a dedicated patisserie opening up on Bondi Road. And in addition to the more traditional sweet flavours, they also make gluten free and savoury éclairs.
