Altitude, high up in the Shangri-La Hotel, Sydney, is doing long lunches for the first time

For the first time ever the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney's top-tier restaurant Altitude is opening its doors for lunch.

To celebrate the Christmas season Altitude are doing a three-course lunch on Thursdays and Fridays in December. Enjoy amazing views of Sydney Harbour in the sparkling daylight, all while enjoying a produce-driven set menu. The restaurant is located on the 36th floor of the hotel, and offers uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour, the Opera House and beyond.

The menu has been specially created by chef de cuisine Ricardo Dias Ferreira and uses seasonal produce ($75). You also have the option to add matched wines ($45) curated by executive sommelier John MacKinnon. Usually Altitude is open for dinner only, so this is the perfect chance to soak up some of the best views Sydney has to offer over a long lunch.
