The restaurant's Kabuki motifs give it away: yes it's Japanese restaurant, and specialises in seafood. They offer a casual atmosphere, sushi and sashimi menus, and hot pot dishes. Sukiyaki is made with Full Blood Wagyu David Blackmore 9+.
