An oldie but a goody when it comes to their handmade noodles, shio ramen and a lighter-than-most tonkotsu. Don't do soup? One of the tastiest things they do here is the dragon - hot noodles covered in a spicy, chilli-studded pork mince and boiled egg garnish.
