Woolloomooloo has a new long-term pop-up aperitivo wine bar down by the water. Located next to the Manta, Molo showcases regional Italian fare, with share plates that focus squarely on showcasing fresh produce, with many dishes having just four ingredients or less. Order up fried zucchini with ricotta and Sicilian anchovies; sliced steak with rocket and Grana Padano; or smoked fish carpacio and octopus salad.
The wine list that showcases Italian drops and digestives, bitters and grappa. When you order a drink you will also get a matched cicchetti, which is an Italian style amuse bouche.
