Pronounced ‘mox’, this Bronte eatery is a cosy 34-seater from chefs and partners David Coumont (formerly of Café Paci and Fish Face) and Helen Diab (from the Berowra Waters Inn). With three very short menu lists for a la carte specials, a $70 degustation and red and whites by the glass, Moxhe can afford to be seasonal. Expect plenty of fresh, lightly cooked fishes and shellfish.
