Balmain gets a new boozy brunch spot
They're focusing on a short and sweet breakfast menu here – think English muffins with scrambled eggs and leg ham, a breakfast doughnut filled with grilled peaches and ricotta and of course avo on toast. You'll also find coffee from Will and Co and teas from while in house pastry chef Greer Rochford (formerly of Pig and Pastry) is doing his own sauces, muffins, pickles and preserves.
You can also make your breakfast a party starter by ordering a mimosa, a vodka-spiked pineapple and mint juice or a coffee cocktail.
