A small-scale business, they've been operating for about 15 years by word of mouth and now they have made the move from the backstreets of Paddington to Wolli Creek (it sounds further than it is). They've still got a masive flavour range - 50–60 flavours on any given day that change with the seasons from hot apple pie and cinnamon to blood orange sorbet - but the catch is that they are only open during weekdays. Rats! But fear not, it's still the hand poured, hand packed and all-natural and local ingredient stocked ice cream you remember.
