One of the guys behind Bondi's much loved beachfront bar, the Bucketlist, has crossed the bridge to open Nudefish. This Hawaiian-inspired lunch spot plays into Sydney's ongoing obsession with poke (the raw fish salad) They are presenting a 'boat to bowl' philosophy here, working with Australia’s sustainable seafood expert John Susman to deliver sashimi grade fresh fish. Order up a hot miso broth with lightly poached salmon or try a vegan bowl with tofu, marinated mushrooms, shredded beetroot, pickled carrot, snow pea sprouts, radish and tamari almonds.
