This Italian bakery in Haberfield is one of Sydney's most beloved eateries. The cheesecake at Pasticceria Papa has a cult following, and it's not hard to see why. It's made with ricotta and is light and fluffy as a cloud, all the while managing to be not too sweet and creamy rather than cloying.
