Bright, maxi-flavoured Vietno dishes like barbecue pork vermicelli and spring rolls with pickled carrot, ribbons of cucumber and crushed peanuts with a dressing of fish sauce, chilli and palm sugar wine out and they also do a great beef noodle soup. There are kids everywhere. They're getting under the juicer, sitting in strollers flicking grains of rice off their little hands. The juice machine seems to be whirring constantly, pounding nubs of ginger and hunks of apple. The pho is great and they do a great barbeque pork with vermicelli and spring rolls.
