There's a lot of staunch burger fans out there, and who amongst us doesn't dream of a long rack of ribs that will make you feel like Fred Flintstone? Luckily both food items are widely represented on the menu at Ribs & Burgers, and they're about to be upgraded with the new winter menu across all the stores. We all know what we like, which is why from June you'll be able to craft your own burgers.
You choose the protein – beef, chicken or mushroom – and then the accompaniments you like best. Do you fancy the 'Farmer', which includes rocket, grilled pumpkin, beetroot and pesto mayo? Or maybe you're more into the 'Tango', which includes lettuce, tomato and onion salsa, avocado, chilli sauce and mayo. Or if bread isn't your bag there's also the 'Naked' option where you receive a lettuce cup with with rocket, grilled pumpkin, tomato and onion salsa, avocado and vinaigrette dressing alongside your filling of choice.
They've also added grilled haloumi to the mix, plus sweet potato fries to go with the ribs that they source locally. If you're rolling with non-meat eaters they're also increasing their vegetarian menu options and ensuring there are more choices for people who are gluten free.
