Unlike most suburbs in Sydney, Pyrmont has a bit of a lack of local Thai restaurants. Now, Riverside Thai is here to add some spice to the mix of Harris Street. Headed up by chef Paul Kanongdachachat – who's had 20 years experience behinds the woks and has worked with the likes of Luke Nyguen and Chase Kojima – this local restaurant will focus on dishes from Northern Thailand. So think fiery curries, whole barramundi with fresh mango salad and grilled pork skewers.
