Time Out says

A short stroll from ATP, this bakery-patisserie run by a Normandy-born chef is churning out all the good, carby things in life. They do fresh, crusty baguettes, which you can order by the half or full size – there’s classic chicken provençal, tuna mayo, beef and mustard, and even a zingy chicken tandoori with minted yoghurt. You’ll also find hot pies filled with beef burgundy or chicken and leek, and of course, a plethora of pastries, croissants, danishes and tarts stacked high on the counter. Saint Germain’s been supplying Redfern with well made, top-value lunches for 12 years now, and luckily for us, they don’t look like they’re packing away their rolling pins any time soon.
