Fine chocolate in a fine new dining precinct
The jewel of Sydney's southeast, Westfield Eastgardens, has just unveiled the final stages of its mammoth $45 million redevelopment and the verdict is in: it's delicious.
The much-loved shopping centre's new restaurant precinct features six great new restaurants – Bondi Pizza, Ribs and Burgers, Lang Suan Thai, Sedap Malaysian, Kingston and Co and San Churro – all located in an indoor-outdoor area with double-sided paved paths.
Chocaholic? San Churro’s delicious couverture chocolate made with high quality cocoa beans and 100% pure cocoa butter is for you. Named after the Spanish monk San Churro who believed that chocolate was a gift from God (and he was right), the team at San Churro have offerings such as hot chocolate, chocolate truffles, macarons and their famous churros served with your choice of dark, milk or white chocolate. Need to please a crowd? Try the ‘Churro Fiesta’ with 18 churros and six pots of your choice of melted chocolate.
Extra bonus: hit the restaurant precinct Thursday (6-9pm) or Friday to Sunday (11.30am-2.30pm & 6-9pm) to hear live music.
