For the first time ever the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney's Altitude is offering a full brunch menu every Saturday. Kick off the weekend in style with a delicious brunch, 36 floors above the city, with free-flowing Bellini and Mimosa cocktails included in the price – not to mention panoramic Sydney Harbour views.
The menu includes small plates like smoked salmon with cream cheese dip, homemade berry muesli with organic oats, and seasonal fruit platters, which are perfect for sharing. You can also order off the full à la carte menu that includes eggs on toasted brioche with avocado, mortadella and sumac; Arabian buttered eggs with mint, dukkah and lemon on toasted Turkish bread; or pancakes with maple syrup, vanilla ice cream, toasted almonds and berries.
Of course, it isn't a true brunch without a sparkling tipple, so ready yourself for Bellinis and Mimosas, included in the $75 per person brunch price tag. You can also pay an additional $55 to enjoy Chandon NV sparkling wine, or an additional $85 for free flowing Veuve Clicquot NV.
