Smoked meats and more come to Neutral Bay
This smoking hot restaurant on Rangers Road is bringing North American barbecue to the North Shore. Rather than doing it traditionally Smoky Sue's multiple techniques (like combining smoker cooking with a sous vide style) to cook cuts of brisket, pulled pork and ribs. Order up a single, double or share platter, packed with two to four choices of meats, served with sides (like brisket beans, beer battered fries, mac'n'cheese balls, salsa or fresh slaw) and pickles. Of course you also get to choose your sauces, which include American classics like barbecue, blue cheese, chipotle, ranch and hot sauce. They are also doing something a little different for dessert – pickle flavoured ice cream.
