With a history going 140 years and former members in Australia’s first PM Sir Edmond Barton and bush bard Banjo Patterson, this is Sydney clubland at its finest. The Dedes Bar and Grill is further proof. Today famous for his two-hat Flying Fish restaurant at Jones Bay, Con Dedes got his first job in clubs and is repaying the favour with a bold menu perfect for Sunday afternoon ales and 240 degree views of the river.
