Time Out says

Street-food meets fine-dining when Asia's premium beer brings together opposite ends of the culinary world

Salaryman restaurant in Surry Hills is the scene of a unique culinary mash-up this November.

Tiger STREATS brings two chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants to Sydney. Hawker Chan is the proprietor of Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle in Singapore – one of the world's first street food stalls to be awarded a Michelin star.

Guillaume Galliot is executive chef of the Tasting Room in Macau, a contemporary French fine dining restaurant that holds two Michelin stars.

Whether you’re old or young, fat cat or underdog, the street food table is where everyone meets as equals to enjoy great food and make unexpected connections over an ice-cold Tiger beer.

The pop-up takes place November 24-26.
