The Cut Bar and Grill will be doing a specially crafted $125pp set menu that features an amuse-bouche, a choice of starters, a choice of mains (slow-roasted Wagyu standing rib, barramundi or Amelia Park lamb rack), whipped mash and salads for the table, and cheesecake to finish. Head to Fratelli Fresh and get ready to say 'that's amore', over pasta, housemade pizzas and Valentine’s specials designed by Fratelli's chefs.
