[CLOSED] The team behind Sydney’s lobster roll revolution have given us another reason to visit Bondi this summer. Waterman’s Lobster Co has opened a pop-up branch of their lobster roll emporium at the former Mr. Moustache site in Hall Street.
Like its big sister in Potts Point, the pop-up will focus on Maine and Connecticut style lobster rolls with an Australian focused wine list. Take-away is available so beachgoers can grab a bite and watch the waves roll in.
It's open for three months only though kids, so go get your seaside fix before it's too late.
