Zac’s Table is a new communal winter dining series from North Bondi Fish's head chef Zac Sykes. The fornightly dinners take on a family-style approach, using three to four shared courses to explore some of New South Wales' best produce and the coast's best seafood.
Every second Wednesday of the month, kick back with a glass of biodynamic Krinklewood wine on arrival before diving into zippy fish salads, slow cooked meats and hearty winter veggies – the menu will change every time so you'll never know what to expect.
Sykes will also step out of the kitchen at the start of each meal to discuss the evening's dishes and talk through all of his produce choices, with particular focus on sustainably caught seafood.
Zac's table costs $75pp – book in with a group or come solo and get ready to meet some new people while sharing communal dishes.
